Thank you for joining me on this healing journey…
The massive stroke that struck My Dear Father on August 16, 2009 was eventually more than his sweet body could handle, even for a man as strong and determined as he was.
During this entire experience, I have learned some extraordinarily valuable lessons and I wanted to be able to share them with you.
This inward journey of reflection provides me with an opportunity to go through the grieving process and to more deeply allow myself to process, understand and share with you these gifts of what I learned about my Father, my Family and Myself.
I have learned the meaning of unconditional love and that I can do things that I may have never thought possible. That in those moments where I was face to face with what seemed like overwhelming challenges, where I felt all alone, not knowing how I could possibly ever learn all the things I needed to learn to make the right decisions, while dealing with all the emotional and family issues that were normal in these kinds of tragic circumstances.
That it was in that moment of feeling all of the weight of this whole experience on my shoulders that overwhelm, that I just surrendered to that power within me, within all of us that knows all of the answers, that is our connection, my connection to God, the Universe, Universal Intelligence, Life Force, whatever term you resonate with, that it was when I surrendered the thought that I by myself could do any of this, it was then that I knew that I Could and Would be able to deal with whatever came up because I KNEW I was NOT alone.
It was one of the most liberating moments of my life. I was able to not just Talk about tapping into my Intuition, into that force, that Universal Life Force, God within me, not just talk about it in my Coaching and Training Practice but to actually have that experience, WOW, what an unbelievably transformational and humbling experience.
Thank you God, I am So Grateful
I’m honored to be able to share with you this powerfully painful and transformational experience and some of the things I continue to learn from it in my next posting tomorrow.
In the meantime, please share with us what may have been a moment that changed you in some way and what you learned from that or those experiences.
I look forward to hearing about your experiences and being with you soon…
Until we speak again, May You Continue to Create Your Life as a Masterpiece, Live it as a Work of Art and Make Each Moment An Epic Adventure…
